Who can buy Landlord Packages?

Landlord HMO Packages can be bought by anyone. You are welcome to place
your order if you are a Homeowner, Landlord, Letting Agent, Developer or
Housing Associations. 

Can you deliver nationwide?

We cover UK mainland, Wales. Please contact us to confirm the ability to deliver in your area if you are located in Scotland. We will be able to deliver in major part of Scotland but will not be able to do final fitting. Wardrobe, chest and bedside sets are delivered assembled and taken to the room of choice. Beds will require assembly.

How do i place an order and pay for it?

Just add goods to the cart and proceed to checkout.
You can pay buy Card, Paypal and direct bank transfer.

Who do i need to contact to arrange delivery?

We will contact You ASAP after the order is placed. One of our team members will get in touch with you to confirm the order details and work out delivery slot and any special requirements if needed. You can also get in touch with us over the phone or email if you wish so.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on any order. There is no minimum order. You can order with confidence as there is no hidden charges. 

How quick is delivery?

Delivery time depends on your location and available time slots. All bookings are made on first come-first served basis. We try to do everything ASAP and will work out the delivery slot with you. Usually, we deliver within 3-10 business days. There are occasions where delivery can be done faster.

Do i need to be there myself to accept delivery?

You don’t need to be there yourself if you can arrange anyone
being on spot on your behalf or  we can collect keys locally from the letting agent,
sales office, concierge etc. keys will be returned to the collection spot and
photos will be sent to you over whatsapp or email upon the job being done.

Can i make changes to any of the packages?

Yes, sure. Every situation is different. We do tailor made packages. Just contact us explaining what you need, and we will work it out together. We are here to work together with you and are flexible on our services.

Will everything fit into my property?

It depends on the property and items you want to fit. We will contact you on every order to make sure everything goes to a plan and doesn’t cause any embarrassment to anyone. We have various size options available and should be able to suit any property.

Do you install everything?

Yes, we do if you are located in UK Mainland ,Wales and some parts of Scotland. Unfortunately we cannot provide full fitting service in further parts of Scotland. We will still be able to deliver our packages to you assembled and put them into the room of choice. Only beds will need assembly.

Do you offer leasing/ finance options?

Yes, we do. You can do pay in three with Paypal if you get approved.

Is the furniture covered by current fire regulations?

All the furniture we provide is covered by the current regulations relating to fire safety, for further information please view this link.

Do you provide warranty?

Yes, we provide standard 12-month manufacturers warranty. Unfortunately, we cannot provide warranty on tear and wear or miss use of items. 

Changes/cancellations of orders/fees/returns

We understand that things do happen, and we always try to
work with you. We can sort out everything with you if enough notice is given as
we know how things may go wrong. So if you give us 72 hour notice we can work
out around the delivery times and rebook it free of charge.

If the property is not ready and you cannot accept delivery on arrival and we
have to reschedule your delivery, or you have cancelled your order on the day of delivery  a £80 + VAT  re-delivery fee will
be charged per each set as we have lost a van/ install team for that set.

We accept returns and do refunds as long as items are
returned in original condition or order is cancelled more then 48h prior to
delivery.

We will not be able to accept mattresses back after they
have been taken out of the original package and installed at the property.

We charge £60+VAT for each set collection if you want us to
to collect the goods.

Any orders amended less than 5 days prior to delivery, may
result in your delivery date being changed for a later date as there is some
time required to prepare the changes.

Furniture removal

Sorry, we do not provide such service.

The property is not ready but i have taken the delivery, what happens next.

We will leave all the items in the desired location unpacked. It is Customer responsibility to unpack and install the furniture. It will not be a hard task as we deliver everything assembled if possible, so only bed will require a bit of your time. Please note your warranty will be void as we cannot be responsible for how other people move or install our products.
